need help with bsn true mass??
i am 17 years old and just started taking true mass. i am 6 foot 2 and i am 210 pounds i am trying to get aroung 190 pounds and Build Muscle at the same time. Is true mass a good idea for that?….if so when should i take it? 3 scoops in the moarning and 3 post workout? im also using creatine, will that effect it?
While building mass and burning fat at the same time are possible, if you are new to cutting and mass building, try seeing these as two different tasks.
Building mass requires increasing your calories to more than what you burn and cutting fat requires you to eat less than what you burn.
Additionally the training routines are different. Cutting benefits from aerobic activity and bulking benefits from heavy lifting.
Any weight gainer will make it difficult to cut fat because of the excess calories and creatine will be wasted if you do to much aerobic activity. Train for a single purpose and a goal. The mass building and simultaneous Fat Burning will just leave your frustrated, worry about that once you mastered each individually.
